Customers can expect to receive their orders within 5-7 business days of the new month. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Return & Exchange Policy
Our Beauty Subscription is non-refundable however we we offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your subscription, simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will be happy to provide you with a full exchange. All returns and exchanges must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
